Afbeelding verwijderd. After the European's in Poland I took it easy with some endurance training for a week, and I picked up my interval programme last week in preparation for the World's. I planned two more races before the world's, one of them was this weekend in Tabarz Germany. This was the final race of the bundeslige series.

The DH course was a typical German course, technical and a lot of roots. Saturday afternoon we had qualifying. My qualifying run went not to smooth and I qualified in 2nd place.
During Sunday morning's practice I tried to ride some different lines witch seemed a bit faster. I knew I had to ride more aggressive and concentrate on my lines in the final. My final run went good and I took 10 seconds of my qualifying time and that was enough to win this race!
Next week I will spend a week in Les Gets and Morzine  to get a feel of the dirt there.

Greetings,Anneke Beerten
