Anneke Beerten 1e, 4-cross, Mont Sainte Anne

Geplaatst op 29 jul 2009.
For many years the World Cup circuit is coming to Mont Sainte Anne, Canada. I raced my first mtb World Championships here in Sainte Anne 10 years ago.

This year they've totally rebuild the 4-cross track, it turned out great. This track was really cool with big rock sections, flat corners and some good passing options. From the first day of practice I was feeling good on the course and I was really enjoying riding my bike.
I qualified fastest and was stoked to be racing with the number one plate on. After practice on race day I had my lines dialed in and I was feeling good for some racing action!
Quarter and semi final went without a problem and I cruised trough to the final. In the final my gate was perfect and with the inside line I came out of the first corner leading. I knew the rest of the girls would be close behind me but the rest of the course went well. I knew my lines and crossing the finish line first was awesome! Another World Cup win and back in the lead for the overall!!
