That's a yes to...?
Confused? Well, tiewrap has a point. There are flat trails, that have smooth surface. And there are flat trails, that have bumpy surface. Eersel for example is the latter (a trail that I love, although downhilling is my priority). I didn't specify in my initial post, so it came down to the interpretation of each person reading it. I am looking for trails with smooth surface .. and I think the little I've ridden Waalre trails, they were reasonably smooth (in fact, so smooth I believe I aborted the ride). But, I posted here for new ideas, so THANK YOU ALL.
If the trails are bumpy, so be it. If they are, and I get in too much pain too fast, I just have to have a plan B for cutting the trail short (i.e bring topographic maps of the area, a gps, possibly a tent for overnight stay in the forest when I get hopelessly lost ....)
Can't wait to be back in the saddle again; me and my bike, all day out together.
Many thanks for all the inspiring ideas!
